Karina Wolfe: Owner, Chief Executive Officer
Karina brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the commercial construction industry, having dedicated a decade to the oil and gas sector before making a seamless transition. Armed with a degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University, her passion for building has deep roots, cultivated by an upbringing alongside her Architect father. Her commitment to excellence is evident as she seamlessly orchestrates projects, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. Karina's dedication to oversight on each project ensures that every job is executed with precision and efficiency for the client.
Charlie Wolfe: Chief Operating Officer
Immersed in the trade from a young age, Charlie stems from a long line of masons spanning five generations. After graduating from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Construction Science, he embarked on a career at Zachary Corporation before transitioning to field supervisory roles in oil and gas. In 2019, Charlie returned to the masonry industry by blending family heritage with modern construction practices. Since then, he's played a pivotal role in delivering top-notch masonry and stucco solutions for large-scale projects, adapting swiftly to market demands.
Vikram Sagi: Business Developer
Vikram Sagi plays a vital role in the company as the coordinator of our estimating department and business development efforts. He operates from a hub in Mexico City! With a robust background in mechanical engineering, Vikram embodies a forward-thinking approach and an unwavering drive to leverage technology to advance our business. As C. Wolfe Masonry continues its rapid growth trajectory, Vikram spearheads initiatives to optimize our operational processes, ensuring seamless synergy between field and office operations.
Luis Parra: Lead Site Foreman
Luis Parra has been involved in masonry since he was 10 years old. While born in Juarez, Mexico, he was raised in Chicago and would often go work in his uncles' masonry businesses during the summers of his upbringing in Corpus Christi & El Paso, TX. Pushing wheelbarrows, setting scaffolds, and learning how to do lath and plaster are where it all began. Eventually, he went to work for a major stucco & lath company here in Texas for 21 years and then started his own company doing stucco, stone, and remodeling. Luis came on board with C Wolfe Masonry in July 2022 and oversees multiple projects out in the field to keep them on schedule and within budget.
